ResultTrack Small Business Marketing Coach

We back you up, encourage you, equip you and coach you with a listening ear and individual advice from a seasoned team of small business experts. This program is best suited to the business owner who wishes to leverage existing knowledge and assets as well as learn new marketing and business skills that take the business the next performance level. We're not unlike an athletic coach who instructs and corrects in an ongoing manner.

  • Two 45-min telephone consultations per month with a Team HALO small business coach (six month minimum commitment).
  • Subscription to HALO client INSIDER email newsletter (has new ideas, advice, etc. and goes only to HALO client list).
  • Participation in HALO client call-in networking group and online listserv to allow clients to network, exchange ideas, and gather resources (this call-in is a conference call with special guests or moderated discussion by Andy, Marianna or Trisha and meets one Friday per month – questions or discussion topics will be listed ahead of time on listserv).
  • Access to HALO’s resource library of marketing tools.Marianna Hayes coaches a Morgantown, WV dress shop and bridal boutique owner on store layout and web marketing during a one-on-one consultation.
  • Access to HALO’s client listserv for idea-sharing and small business support.
  • Discounts on web services from Fox Web Company including but not limited to web design, graphic design, email stationery, blog setup (10% discount on all services except email volume charges and database development per field charges).
  • Customer survey distributed to up to 30 focus group customers, results compiled and reported.
  • Ten hours of HALO services behind the scenes which could include research, planning, surveying, secret shopping, etc.
  • Site visits require mileage and expenses be paid by client unless we are already visiting the community.
