MARIANNA HAYES

Marianna Hayes is President of Clinton, Mississippi-based HALO Business Advisors, a community and small business marketing advisory firm that she founded with a business partner in 1999. Since then, Marianna has spoken to and successfully coached thousands of community leaders, small business owners, Main Street, Chamber of Commerce and business development organizations across the United States.

Marianna’s passion and vision for America’s downtowns and small business owners is contagious. Marianna frequently posts her advice and practical resources to her popular weblog at www.resultsrevolution.com. She is a member of the USA Today’s Entrepreneurs Panel, a frequent speaker at the National Main Street Conference, America’s Mart University, and to other community organizations and conferences across America.  

Besides a passion for small business success, Marianna enjoys cooking with her children, traveling to exciting downtown destinations, collecting postcards and posters from her consulting and speaking destinations and relaxing at her family’s farm in rural Mississippi.  

Marianna is a native of Lexington, Miss. She attended Belhaven College and completed her studies in Communications and Psychology at Mississippi College. She currently resides in Clinton, Miss. Marianna has two children: a son, Miller, who is 7 years old and a daughter Rachel, who is 3.   

ANDY CHAPMAN

Andy Chapman is a Senior Business Advisor at HALO Business Advisors, a community and small business marketing advisory firm based in Clinton, Miss. Andy has coached hundreds of organizations and businesses across the country, and he specializes in explaining and implementing leading marketing technologies such as web-based marketing, email marketing, blogging and social networking in practical, understandable and profitable ways.  

Andy is a frequent speaker at downtown conferences and retail marketing events around the country, including America’s Mart University.  

Andy is an entrepreneur who founded his own web development and Internet hosting company, Fox Web Company (formerly Big River Systems), in 2001. Andy has helped automate and streamline many routine tasks for small businesses and organizations of all sizes, including the Mississippi Main Street Association.  

Andy is a native of Starkville, Miss. He is a graduate of Mississippi State University where he studied Business Information Systems, and he enjoys outdoor activities, playing guitar, and most of all spending time with his two-year-old daughter Kate. 

TRISHA SWITZER

Trisha Switzer joined Team HALO in October 2007 after working in medical office and city government positions. Trisha’s understanding of public works and city government as well as her knack for research, project organization and customer service make her a valuable asset on our planning and mystery shopper teams. Trisha’s energetic and outgoing personality is often a new client’s first point of contact with Team HALO. 

Trisha is a native and loyal resident of Clinton, Miss., a Mississippi Main Street community and new headquarters of Team HALO. Trisha enjoys her lifelong friendships, volunteering in her community and her son’s school and spending time with her husband Brad and nine-year-old son Hayden.
